Chief Operating Officer / COO (m/f/x)

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer / COO to assume overall responsibility for the operational processes of Koch-Chemie GmbH. The successful candidate will lead and develop the operational core areas with the goal of sustainably increasing efficiency, delivery performance, and profitability.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, economics, or comparable field
• Several years of experience in a leading operational role (e.g., COO, Director Operations)
• Proven achievements in process optimisation, cost control, and operational management
• Strong analytical and strategic competence, paired with practical implementation skills
• Outstanding leadership skills, hands-on mentality, and communication strength across all levels
• Safe and secure German and English language skills, as well as solid French language skills
