CRM Manager (m/w/d)

Rosental is seeking a Customer Relations Manager to develop content, shape customer clubs, and analyze trends to enhance customer retention and activation. This role focuses on creating compelling communications, analyzing market trends, and developing new ideas for content strategy within the beauty and subscription-commerce industry. The position emphasizes a data-driven approach and contribution to innovation.

Requirements

• Develop creative text concepts and briefs for newsletters, automated emails and customer journeys.
• Develop CRM measures to excite members of the customer club and permanently bind subscription customers.
• Structure creative requirements into clear, implementable briefs for design, CRM and copywriting.
• Observe market trends, competitors and new tools and derive creative impulses from them.
• Create content that sounds good, works and contributes to customer retention measurably.
• Develop strategies for binding & value, creative storylines, customer signals analysis, and content structuring.
• Follow A/B tests and content analyses to derive data-driven learnings.
• Suggest CRM innovations
• Fluent in German and native level in English
• 1-3 years of professional experience in content, CRM or customer binding area.
