Job Description
We are looking for a part-time Office Administrative Assistant to keep our downtown Toronto office running smoothly and support our team as we grow.
Requirements
- Prior experience in office administration, facilities, retail, or hospitality
- Experience planning events or coordinating logistics
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and responsibly
- Interest in People Operations / HR and growing into a broader role over time
