Director of the Office for Religious and Vocations for Consecrated Life

The Director of the Office for Religious and Vocations for Consecrated Life serves as the Bishop's liaison, providing pastoral care and facilitating collaborative structures for members of consecrated life. The Director maintains data on members of consecrated life, prepares reports for Rome, and coordinates the Annual Retirement Appeal Fund. The Director also supports the Bishop in preparing reports for Rome, communicates with members of consecrated life, and attends deanery meetings, curia meetings, and national conferences.

Requirements

• Must be a member of a valid religious community of the Roman Catholic Church.
• Must be a member of a religious community in good standing.
• Must have 5-10 years of experience as a perpetually professed member.
• Must hold a Master’s Degree in Theology or its equivalency.
• Must have served in a leadership capacity in their religious order or equivalent.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven expertise in communication and collaboration.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
