Job Description
This position is responsible for operating efficient, safe, and profitable Service, Parts, and Detail departments in a new car dealership. The manager will supervise direct reports, establish performance goals, and ensure achievement of targets. The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of prior experience as a Service Manager in a new car dealership
- Prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred
- High school diploma / GED is minimally required
- Associate's degree or higher is strongly preferred
