Requirements
- 3+ years as an Automotive Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager
- Proven success improving customer satisfaction and service profitability
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on management style
- Solid understanding of dealership KPIs and service metrics
- Experience with luxury brands or GM/Cadillac preferred
- Ability to build and retain high-performing service teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
