We're seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Account Manager to expand and manage toxicology and diagnostic service partnerships throughout Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Pahrump, Mesquite, Boulder City, and nearby communities. The ideal candidate brings strong field-sales experience, sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to independently manage a high-activity territory.

Requirements

• 2+ years of field sales experience (any industry)
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding quotas in competitive environments
• Experience in territory or field-based sales requiring regular client travel
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse clinical and administrative stakeholders
• Skilled in negotiation, presenting, and managing a full sales cycle
• Highly organized, able to balance multiple priorities, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual communication tools
• Ability and willingness to travel daily throughout the Las Vegas area and periodically to nearby communities
