Contribute to an organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families by administering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and SharePoint, and providing end-user support and system configurations.
Requirements
- Administer and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Project Service Automation) and Microsoft SharePoint
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues for Dynamics 365 CRM and related applications
- Plan and execute application capacity upgrades, including system updates and customizations to meet organizational needs
- Configure and deploy customizations for Dynamics 365 CRM, including user setup, security maintenance, and licensing management
- Perform general SharePoint administration, including site management and integration with Dynamics 365 CRM
- Document system architecture, configurations, and processes to support operational continuity and training
- Collaborate with business analysts and division leaders to gather system requirements and propose technology architecture solutions
- Support Help Desk processes throughout the organization
- Perform other job duties as assigned to support the nonprofit’s IT and mission objectives
