We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to take ownership of our core IT infrastructure and provide high-level, remote desktop support for our national team.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in systems administration, specifically within Microsoft ecosystems.
- Technical Expertise: Operational knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Azure Cloud services.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Intune (Autopilot a strong plus) and Entra ID.
- Strong background in PowerShell scripting for automation and bulk system management.
- Support Skills: Proven track record of supporting a distributed, 100% remote workforce with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the healthcare or health-tech sector, with a firm understanding of HIPAA compliance and secure data handling practices, is highly preferred.
- Must be located in the Denver metro area and able to commute to full time on site support.
