Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor based in our Grand Forks location to join the Operations team. The Shift Supervisor will oversee daily production, ensure employees are working according to health and safety requirements, and meet production quality specifications, KPI's and deadlines.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of production supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• University or Technical College graduate (preferably in Business Management, Operations Management, or Engineering) or equivalent years of experience
• Elevated Safety and Quality standards
• Sound understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Experience working with a unionized workforce
• Exceptional communication and team-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good people development and training skills
• Drive, commitment, self-motivation and high energy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stressful work situations, keeping the team focused on tasks and solutions
