Production Supervisor -Nights

We are looking for a talented and experienced Production Supervisor to join our production team in Byhalia, MS. In this role you will be responsible for the overall safety and effectiveness of their respective shift and communication and collaboration within the production department to secure optimum output from the production unit.

Requirements

• Oversees all operational activities throughout the shift, ensuring that assigned employees are adequately trained for their tasks.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and materials to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines.
• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of Lock Out Tag Out procedures and ensure that all operators comply with these protocols before proceeding with equipment lockout.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace is essential for efficient and safe operations, a responsibility upheld by the Production Supervisor.
• Participate in or lead lean manufacturing initiatives, root cause analysis, and process optimization efforts.
• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members to ensure skill development and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a liaison between workers, maintenance teams, engineering, and management to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
