Requirements

• Coordinate recruitment processes end-to-end - from gathering requirements to onboarding
• Source passive candidates using variety of methods and tools
• Analyze and select inbound candidate applications
• Conduct job interviews
• Keep candidate database up to date
• Write and post job ads
• Take part in employee onboarding and offboarding
• Support employer branding activities
• Take part in performance review process
