Requirements

• Strong track record of sourcing and placing technical talent
• Excellent English communication skills
• Understanding of the IT market and ability to evaluate candidate technical background
• Ability to assess soft skills, communication quality, and cultural fit
• High-volume mentality and self-motivation
• Strong commercial instinct
