Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer - Fabric to undertake planned, reactive and cyclical maintenance work, service and repair of doors, windows, and general building fabric, and provide support and assistance to other RFM personnel on site.
Requirements
- Good Joinery / Fabric skills
- Related trade qualification or experience in a similar role
- Carpentry – doors, frames, hinges, locks and furniture repairs
- Shelving install
- Plumbing skills general
- Repair of sanitary ware (unblocking sinks and toilets, repairing and replacement of taps, toilet flushers, showers etc)
- Basic electrical duties – lamp changes and minor repairs
