Job Description
Maintenance Engineer - Electrical. Service and repair of lighting and power distribution systems. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification, AM2 Practical Skills Assessment and City & Guilds 2391 - Inspection & Testing required.
Requirements
- Service and repair of lighting and power distribution systems.
- Reactive repairs to all types of lighting systems and power distribution systems.
- Service and repair of: Motors and pumps, Fan coil units and associated systems, HVAC control panels.
- Competent on BMS control systems.
- Maintain asset histories, maintenance records and helpdesk reports.
- Take part in an On-Call rota providing cover to the Facilities.
- Report all accidents and incidents as appropriate.
- Provide support and assistance to other RFM personnel on site in the delivery of contracted services.
