Job Description
The Customer Experience Executive is responsible for central call centre coordination, report preparation, customer follow-up, and improvement actions. They will also coordinate with service management and call centers to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems
