Requirements
- Respond to consumer inquiries across all channels within one business day
- Handle a wide range of inquiries and maintain and update the Consumer Database
- Provide timely, accurate product and brand information to consumers and internal partners
- Monitor feedback channels and escalate insights related to product issues
- Engage with ecommerce reviews and comments, balancing brand tone with thoughtful resolution and a focus on loyalty
- Identify and propose opportunities to improve the consumer experience and support evolving brand initiatives
