5-8 years of category management experience, Bachelor's degree, and advanced Excel skills required

5+ years of experience as Millwright Mechanic, Maintenance technician or Electrician, with certification in NOC 7311 or Red Seal Millwright Mechanics or Provincial Electricians Ticket

8+ years of experience in CPG with strong focus on digital commerce and/or omnichannel retail, direct experience managing Amazon and Walmart.com, and experience managing media investments, content, and performance KPIs across eCommerce channels

Undergraduate degree in Science, Engineering, or Business, 8+ years experience in manufacturing, 5+ years in management and leadership

College degree in Business, 6+ years of progressive sales experience, experience in the organic / health food industry a plus

5+ years of experience as Millwright Mechanic, Maintenance technician or Electrician, required certification, and working experience with equipment such as vertical wrapper, horizontal wrappers, robotics pick and place, tunnel oven
