Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience from a similar role within retail or customer service.
• Good ability to coach and develop a team.
• Ability to be solution-oriented and take responsibility.
• Team-oriented, listening, and communicative.
• Good system and data knowledge.
• Fluent language skills in Norwegian and English.
