Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within retail or customer service
- Good ability to coach and develop a team
- The ability to be solution-oriented and take ownership
- Collaborative, listening, and communicative
- Good system and data knowledge
- Fluent language skills in Danish and English
