Ritual Foundation is seeking a Community Lead for the Korean market to build and scale its community. This mission-critical role focuses on attracting and nurturing a vibrant community of developers, AI researchers, and users. The role involves translating Ritual's vision, adapting marketing materials, fostering a supportive community environment, and leveraging Korean cultural nuances.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and managing developer-focused communities, ideally within crypto, AI, or tech ecosystems.
• Proven ability in grassroots community building combined with strategic influencer partnerships.
• Deep understanding of the Korean crypto and tech ecosystem, with strong cultural and operational insights.
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multi-platform engagements and audiences effectively.
• High emotional intelligence, strong public speaking abilities, and the ability to host community events and discussions.
• Strong technical literacy with a solid understanding of blockchain technology and AI applications.
• Fluent in Korean; proficient in English.
• Based in Seoul with extensive local networks within crypto and developer communities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and an obsessive drive for operational excellence.
