Community Lead (Korea)

Ritual Foundation is looking for a Community Lead to build and scale the Korean community from the ground up. The role involves translating and adapting Ritual's vision and marketing materials for Korean audiences, and fostering relationships with influential community figures and grassroots community building.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and managing developer-focused communities
• Proven ability in grassroots community building combined with strategic influencer partnerships
• Deep understanding of the Korean crypto and tech ecosystem
• Exceptional organizational skills
• High emotional intelligence
• Strong technical literacy with a solid understanding of blockchain technology and AI applications
• Fluent in Korean; proficient in English
