Job Description
Ritter Communications is seeking a FTTH Operations Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of the company's fiber-to-the-home network.
Requirements
- Oversees regional operations, including installation, repair, maintenance, splicing, and warehouse functions
- Develops and manages operating and capital budgets
- Provides strong leadership to field supervisors, technicians, and office staff
- Trains, mentors, and develops employees on installation, repair, and splicing best practices
- Monitors employee productivity and conducts performance evaluations
- Enforces all safety policies and procedures
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align goals, coordinate resources, and support growth initiatives
