The Construction Manager provides leadership to Construction teams by ensuring efficient preparation and implementation of forecasts, estimates, budgets, plans, inspection, testing, and other related job duties. The role involves guiding and developing team members, maintaining close working relationships with partners, and overseeing build activities within the network.
Requirements
- Directs and coordinates the work of assigned staff
- Reviews detailed drawings and staking sheets for new construction
- Ensures compliance to industry specifications
- Monitors routing of lines, equipment requirements, installation drawings, costs estimates, construction work, and other project specifics
- Advises and researches innovative technologies
- Attends meetings with management, departments, and vendors
- Participates in inter-departmental planning meetings
- Responsible for performance management and employee development activities
- Makes job safety a primary objective in all duties
- Travels to customer sites, project areas, business related events, and other Ritter Communications locations
- Builds and maintains project trackers, dashboards, and reporting
