Operations Manager - Paint & Fabrication

Rittal is seeking an Operations Manager - Paint & Fabrication to lead multi-shift operations across the Paint departments, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching throughout the shift
• Ability to work extended periods on the factory floor and/or at a computer workstation
• Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds at waist level
