Account Executive, ESB - NAMER

Rippling is seeking an Account Executive to manage the full consultative sales cycle, engage with prospects, and provide strategic guidance to customers. The role involves managing a high velocity sales cycle, recommending tailored solutions, and partnering with the AM team to ensure a seamless transition to the platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years sales experience
• Bachelor's Degree is a must-have
• Experience carrying a $600,000+ annual quota
• Comfortable with monthly quota
• Experience of success (top 10% of sales org)
• Experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or selling security related products is a good to have
