Requirements
- Degree in Technologist or university studies in Systems/Telecommunications
- Experience in: Platform email administration (Google Workspace), Inventory management of physical and digital assets, Technical information backups, Data network support, Installation and updating of licensed, free, and proprietary software; basic hardening and post-installation checklist
- Help desk support: attention, classification, and resolution of tickets; root cause documentation; SLA/OLA compliance, Support for end-user technology: TVs/monitors, laptops/desktops, Wi-Fi repeaters, IP/mobile phones, peripherals, Equipment monitoring: review of health alerts, antivirus, and updates; execution of preventive actions
