CONSULTOR TÉCNICO DE SOPORTE DE APLICACIONES

We're looking for a Technical Support Consultant for Applications to drive transformative change by providing operational technical support to applications and technological platforms, developing skills in automation, containers, and operation in cloud environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Telematics, Software, or related field
• 1 year of experience
• Basic / intermediate knowledge in: Containers: Docker (basic concepts and operational use)
• Infrastructure and deployments: Support for application or infrastructure deployments
• DevOps: Exposure to DevOps practices, pipeline monitoring CI/CD
• Systems operating: Linux (basic commands, log review)
• Version control: Git (basic use)
• Networks: Basic concepts of connectivity and ports
