Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to help us scale specially our engineering, product and professional services teams.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in human resources, IT, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-focused environment.
- Proven experience hiring for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, QA, QC and other IT positions.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
