Job Description
The Legal Analyst role will report directly to the Legal Analysts Manager-Contracts and ensure customers receive the best possible solution for contract life-cycle management. The role will manage deal ingestion entirely, for the RightsLogic/Rightsline/Alliant solutions to improve business and ingestion processes.
Requirements
- LLB degree
- Bachelors or equivalent work experience
- Experience of 2 years in the legal field
- Excellent analytical, organizational and presentation skills
- Experience in contract interpretation, contract ingestion
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and work in a time-sensitive, deadline driven environment and prioritize accordingly
- Ability to review functional requirements, analysis and implementation documents and provide feedback
- Ability to make sound judgment and resolve problems without supervision
- Excellent knowledge and ability in the use of the Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
