Customer Success Manager (Industrial Engineers Preferred)

They are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of high-value accounts, drive growth, and ensure customer success. This role focuses on end-to-end customer ownership, including onboarding, renewals, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of owning renewals, onboarding, adoption, and expansions
• Demonstrated success running QBRs/MBRs with senior executives, tying product adoption to ROI
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• B.Tech degree preferred (Industrial Engineers preferred)
• Hands-on experience with SaaS
• Organizational skills
• Data analysis skills
