Sushi Assistant-Kaiyo Grill

The Sushi Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day smooth operation of the sushi bar and ensures that all quality, cost, and safety standards are adhered to and in compliance.

Requirements

• Daily set up and break down of sushi bar
• Assist Sushi Chef with ordering and receiving
• Daily briefing with Sushi Chef to review specials and changes
• Continuous inspection of sushi bar products
• Cross train in other culinary positions
• Assist in the development and implementation of new menus
• Ensure observance of all Florida State health standards
