Rhythms is on a mission to transform the way teams work by building an AI-native Operating System for teams. As a Sales Account Executive, you'll play a key role in introducing Rhythms to forward-thinking organizations eager to transform their team operations with AI.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment (B2B, preferably productivity, collaboration, or AI space)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in early-stage environments
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to navigate technical and executive-level conversations
- Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, highly adaptable, comfortable in ambiguity
- Passion for AI and the future of work — you're excited to be part of a category-defining product
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
