Remote Medical Billing and Customer Service Representative

Experienced billing or call center representatives to represent our hospital clients' billing office. Candidates must be committed to our purpose and provide empathy and elite customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Network speeds with a minimum of 50 mbps download and 15 upload
• Call center experience preferred
• Demonstrated history of good retention
• Healthcare billing experience preferred
• Prior work from home experience preferred
• Basic technical savviness skills
