Patient Access Representative

Join Revenue Enterprises as a Patient Access Representative and be part of a remote team that takes care of clients' patients scheduling needs. Handle 80-120 calls per day, scheduling clinic visits, imaging, surgeries, labs, and infusion services.

Requirements

• Medical scheduling experience greatly preferred
• 2+ years professional experience, with demonstrated history of retention
• Experience in customer service and/or healthcare preferred (but not required)
• Authorization to work in the US
• High school diploma or GED
• Advanced beginner to Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus!
• Typing 40+ WPM with 90% accuracy preferred
• Must be able to work M-F 7-5pm
