Job Description
Welder I position at REV Group, Inc. in Ephrata, PA, US. Perform welding operations according to blueprints and company standards. High school diploma or GED preferred. 1-3 years of experience required.
Requirements
- Use modification and welding (minimum AWS 1G/2G/3G/4G/5G/6G level)
- Perform welding operations according to blueprints, company standards and applicable AWS standards to meet third party inspection criteria in accordance with NFPA requirements.
- Inspect welds for cracks, burn through and weld spatter.
- Use basic hand, electric, cordless, and pneumatic tools, as required.
- Grind and clean areas where required.
- Stay current in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and basic mechanical adjustments on all equipment as needed.
- Follow hazardous waste disposal program and fire prevention procedures.
