• Maintain AP and AR worksheets
• Prepare and post month end AP and AR
• Process account and bank reconciliations
• Maintain backlog data base
• Back up for payroll processing
• Internal and external cost reporting
• Other corporate requests as needed
• Preparation of required month end corporate schedules
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
