Gender Expert Terms of Reference

Job Title: Gender Expert Terms of Reference. The Gender Expert will provide technical leadership, high quality facilitation, and field level support to ensure that all activities reflect a strong gender transformative approach.

Requirements

• Degree in Gender Studies, Development Studies, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in gender programming, gender-transformative approaches, or community mobilisation.
• Strong facilitation experience with women, men, youth and mixed community groups.
• Practical understanding of gender norms and household dynamics in rural Zambia.
• Experience delivering behaviour-change training and adult learning methodologies.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
