We are seeking a results-obsessed Director of Business Development with a 5-10 year track record in high-growth digital/marketing agency sales to own the pipeline and directly drive net-new revenue. The role involves immediate, measurable growth, and the successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to identify and land strategic enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of demonstrable success in a new business sales role within a digital, performance marketing, or advertising agency
- Expert understanding of the agency service model and ability to articulate value propositions for CRM, Loyalty, Paid Media and complex digital performance campaigns
- Proven ability to close net-new business in the $250k+ range
