Job Description
Resource Innovations is seeking an Outreach Representative to join their growing team in Michigan. The role involves building partnerships with local partners, managing field operations, and ensuring program goal attainment. The Outreach Representative will engage with program partners and utility customers to establish relationships and manage energy efficiency projects. They must be able to synthesize information, collaborate effectively, and provide solutions to streamline program delivery.
Requirements
- Develops, manages, and fosters partnerships with property managers, property owners, stakeholders, contractors.
- Responsible for lead generation into residential program pathways.
- Tracks and reports outreach actions and demonstrates ongoing progress.
- Develops and executes outreach and collaboration plans.
- Monitors program participation and forecasts production.
