Job Description
Resource Innovations is seeking an Outreach Manager to join their growing team in New Jersey. The role focuses on building partnerships with property managers, utilities, and subcontractors to implement residential multifamily energy efficiency programs. The manager will lead field operations, manage project coordination, and drive program goal attainment. Resource Innovations is a women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 7 years’ experience in energy-efficiency outreach or sales
- Previous management experience leading outreach professionals
- Proven multifamily success in engaging multifamily property owners and contractors
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- New Jersey residency
