Job Description
Resource Innovations is seeking a skilled HRIS Manager to join their growing team. The role involves managing and optimizing HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity, and supporting HR and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in major HRIS systems such as Oracle Fusion, Workday, Paylocity, ADP and a strong background in HRIS Management and operations. This position reports to the HR Programs and Operations Director and will focus on HRIS integration, data migration, and system harmonization across acquired entities.
Requirements
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR digital transformation strategy.
- Oversee the daily operations of the HRIS, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Develop and execute project plans and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Lead system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
