Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in utility business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong understanding of utility operations, energy efficiency, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
