Associate Creative Director, Copywriter

We're seeking an Associate Creative Director, Copywriter to join our in-house creative team and lead integrated campaign concepting, write high-impact headlines and campaign copy, and evolve and steward brand voice across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• 10+ years of copywriting experience, including significant agency experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking, compelling ad copy, and short-form video scripts
• Proven ability to craft, evolve, and steward brand voice
• Experience writing for both consumer-facing campaigns and corporate communications
• Ability to simplify complex subject matter into persuasive messaging
• Experience partnering with C-suite leaders and translating strategy into compelling external narratives
• Experience managing and developing writers or creative team members
• Strong coaching, feedback, and performance management skills
• Collaborative, humble approach to creative leadership
