Athena is a creative agency looking for an Associate Creative Director, Copy to lead creative output across client work and the Athena brand. The ideal candidate will have ACD level copy leadership experience, a strong point of view on craft and quality, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive messaging.
Requirements
- ACD level copy leadership experience
- 360 advertising experience
- Leading copy across fully integrated campaigns
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of writers
- Advanced writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive messaging
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, agency-style environment
- Strong design sensibility and art direction instinct
