Requirements
- Collaborates with business stakeholders, functional and technical workstream to understand business requirements and translate those requirements into technical solutions.
- Provides technical leadership and guidance for the incremental addition of new features of Workday HCM solutions.
- Lead the Design end to end solution for the HCM platform, Workday HCM integrations, reports, and customizations
- Provides guidance on technical design and implementation best practices for Workday HCM solutions.
- Manages technical risks and issues and provides mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensure technical alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, users, peers, and all levels of management.
- Adhere to the processes and policies defined by Resmed Quality, Security and IT management. Champion system quality and lifecycle management in an agile delivery team.
- Utilising your technical expertise, you will also participate in delivery and/or operational support activities as part of the team.
- Lead cross-team efforts to maintain and verify security policies and controls.
- Plan and lead PI (Program Increment) planning sessions and ensure successful execution by working collaboratively with the People Technology team, Business, Architect and Planning Portfolio Lead (PPL).
- Define and enforce configuration, testing, and change control processes, ensuring traceability of activities.
- Facilitate regular team ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, iteration planning, team demo and iteration retrospective
