Senior Manager, Legal & Compliance Technology

The Senior Manager, Legal & Compliance Technology will lead the technology and platform oversight, AI & automation leadership, agile team management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership & development for Global Technology Solutions at ResMed. This role will be responsible for specifying, developing, and implementing new or redesigned systems, managing relationships with software and vendors, and ensuring effective programs for system maintenance, enhancements, and integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.); Major or Minor in Information Systems
• Hands on experience in support and maintenance and leading teams across multiple SaaS platforms
• 10+ years of experience in developing system solutions & applications across full software development lifecycle
• 5+ Years of Experience in managing professional employees and exercises full management authority
• 5+ years of deep experience in Legal systems
• Well-developed root-cause analytical skills with the ability to configure and troubleshoot issues and defects
• Experience in managing multiple and competing priorities
• Excellent non-technical communication
