The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for onboarding new customers, driving overall assigned territory growth revenue while providing best in class support and service.
Requirements
- Manage a book of B2B reseller accounts to build pipeline, track and close deals
- Actively manage new dealer applications through a detailed selection process
- Responsible for gathering customer account information to help effectively manage the customer relationship
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual KPI’s
- Build strong relationships with customers in order to become a strategic product partner
- Consistently update and manage CRM data to provide visibility and clarity on business status and progress
- Support acquisition team’s onboarding campaigns through direct mail, email, social, and trade shows
- Ability to learn and comprehend a large range of product knowledge in order to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Partner with internal teams to create synergy amongst all business initiatives
- Up to 20% travel to attend key customer meetings, prospecting new leads, trade shows and industry events
