Head of Banking Systems

We are seeking a Head of Banking Systems to lead the engineering efforts behind our core banking backend, building and operating distributed systems. The role requires architectural decision-making, debugging production issues, and mentoring teams on best practices. The team utilizes AWS EKS, Java, MySQL, Kafka, Redis, Grafana - Prometheus as its current infrastructure.

Requirements

• Solid background in Java backend development
• Experience in building banking products before
• Ability to collaborate with Product team on roadmap and regulatory constraints
• Fluent Russian and English languages
