Job Description
ReNEW Schools is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide direct and consultative services to students with disabilities. The OT will help students access the general education curriculum, build functional school-based skills, and thrive in a rigorous academic environment.
Requirements
- Master's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Louisiana licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working with school-aged children (elementary and/or middle school) in a school or pediatric setting.
- Knowledge of IDEA, IEP development and implementation, documentation compliance, and familiarity with school-based service delivery models.
- Strong technology proficiency (e.g., Google Suite, documentation systems, data tracking) and strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
